A bad clunk when I first hit the brakes. Just the one time is all but I was concerned what it was. Your dealership is so first rate class I really thought a wash and vacuum would be part of your customer impress.
I brought my car in for a 7 am 10000 mile service check. I was told that at that time it would be about an hour. It took well over two hours. I watched the individual doing the work. He spent more time talking than working. I spoke to the manager and he said there were computer issues. However all the other cars were in and out . Last time I took my car in for 5000 mile check I had the same issue. I was told then computer issues were the reason. Everything else I have had to do with Longo has been phenomenal. The only problems were at the service checks.
He was very professional and great customer service. We will be back to see David again.
