Cisco Jimenez and the person that I think installed the battery were both very professional and polite. They stayed overtime because I had my phone off and didn’t receive the call. Cisco approached me to ask “Are you waiting for service?” We then got it clear what had happened.

I found my hood was not completely closed when I got home. I also mentioned an issue about a rubber seal being loose around the top of my car and nothing was told to me when they brought my car to me if it was addressed or not.
