No one was there to check my vehicle in upon arrival, I had to get out and go in to check in. I was told it would be 1hr 10min for an oil change it took 1hr 40 mins. I wasn't told about my inspection of what I needed repaired until 1hr 20min into my visit, had I been told earlier I would have gotten the repairs done, but do to the delay, I had no more time to wait.

I just made a review about the manager going back on his word and the foreman telling me my wheels can’t be balanced. I forgot to mention that Millie kept me very updated on where we were at in the process at all times and the old shop foreman really helped me out with explaining what was wrong with the truck. I’m not trying to bash the dealership at all and will still get the truck serviced there. I just wanna voice my opinion
