Waited over 15 minutes to check out after the paperwork and keys were dropped off because my service agent wouldn’t let anyone else check me out. Will not be returning to Prosper. Never had this issue at Toyota of Denton

The noise we are hearing is still there. Technician said he didn’t hear it. When we got home, put the car in park, and there was the noise again that no one else heard.

This was by far the best experience I have received. I was thinking never to buy Toyota again due to Toyota Plano being inflexible and way too expensive compared to Honda dealership nearby. This was great service and has restored my faith in thinking about Toyota again.

Shout out to all the Staff of Toyota of Prosper. I’ve trusted y’all taking care of my vehicle for years now and I’m never disappointed. Communication 10/10 Y’all are patient with me and my questions. Jesus was great and everyone else that helped me. The staff are knowledgeable and understanding. The only criticism I have is that y’all should have a bowl of candy canes, tis the season. Have a great day and happy holidays ??????????
