This was my first trip to this dealership and it will for now on be my only dealer I will deal with moving forward. Service was amazing!! Really liked the transparency of the dealer and building. The service department windows really give you a good feeling and being able to watch them shows me they know what they are doing. I didnt buy here (was not here when we bought) but we will buy our next here. I took my sons takoma in for a bad battery and was in and out in 45 min.

David was great..stepped in a helped when others were busy..attentive and efficient. Additionally he made good on a salesperson's promise which maintained your company's integrity. It takes the great ones to see when that may be in jeopardy and then make a decision. David is the sort that keeps people coming back to Longo...a keeper.

I had my son leave the truck so a recall on the brake could be done. The service writer said the part would be arriving the following day. We were not informed that the part was not available until my son called to see if the vehicle was done. That was late afternoon .
