I was expecting to get a loaner car but then found out I had to pay to rent it which was inconvenient. It also took three hours longer than originally planned. Very grateful to have the recall work taken care of though.

Cisco was amazing! When we walked out to my car after service was complete, he wasn’t satisfied with the wash job and took it back to be redone. I am 5 months pregnant and I just really appreciate him taking that extra step bc everything is becoming more challenging. Getting to the car wash isn’t something I have time or energy for, and that was a big help for me!
