My only concern was, it took over an hour to do my oil change and tire rotation. I even had an appt. Service was good and staff was friendly.
Everyone is very knowledgeable and patient. I don’t get harassed to buy more, and the service is outstanding! I would recommend all my friends to Your Prosper dealership! I feel at home away from home, while my car is being repaired. Excellent job!!!

Doug was amazing — I have been going to Toyota of Mckinney for over 10 years but the experience at Longo Toyota was awesome. Doug was so helpful and nice I had attempted to set an appointment but must have missed a step they got me in with little wait. Doug was so helpful and nice i really appreciated his help.
Overall my experience went well but i was told something that ended up not being true which severely affected my ability to pay & my finances. Chris, my service advisor, told me that I could use the Synchrony Bank Car Care credit card at Longo and to pay for my repairs which were extensive & pricey. I was relieved because I have had that card before and because I needed additional funds to be able to even get the repairs. As it turned out Longo doesn't accept the card which I found out when I came to pick up my car and tried to pay using the card!!! I did not have ANY extra money or credit to pay the remaining balance that day. I was very stressed. Thank God we received a bonus at work during that following week which I really needed for other household expenses but I had to allocate it to the car repairs. Had I been given the correct information up front I coule have made a more informed decision and arrangements for the repairs.
Happy with the service, but $40 for a little piece of plastic to fix the hood latch is a bit ridiculous.

Everyone that helped me was extremely helpful - from the service advisor, technician and the woman (whose name I didn’t happen to catch) who was concerned for my son’s complaining and took him to get a cookie while I talked to everyone. My son was so excited to see a stuffed animal buckled into his car seat when we got in our car. It’s always frustrating and stressful having car issues - but you all seriously went above and beyond today. I couldn’t be happier
