Nothing was even accomplished. I sat and waited to be told no one could be found. My appointment wasnt even found or in the system when i arrived. Told id be compensated for my time being wasted and i was not. I waited for almost an hour to be told they” cant even find the people to start the process.Nor their boss or the lady who called and made the appointment “ pitiful service . I work customer service everyday only less then 3 miles down from the store. And this was by far the worst .
Doug listened and was affirmative with my request to service my 2010 Highlander. When it comes to specific and specialized maintenance job tasks, I have confidence that Longo Toyota is the best option to follow though the manufacturer procedure. All together, my vehicle was ready within the estimated time frame. My special thanks to the technician and everyone involved on servicing my vehicle today.

My issue isn’t with Weston, it’s with the technician that replaced the fuel door in my Sienna. The paint was gauged in a small spot when the fuel door was replaced. I brought it to Weston’s attention. He said he’d get it taken care of.

We were quoted 1 hr 30 min for basic service and to patch a small nail puncture. Took 3 hours while we waited at the dealership and didn’t receive any proactive updates. Had to check in multiple times and got the “30 more minutes” line at least twice. This seems to be the case every time we come in.
