The first appointment I made for service was not entered into the system, so when I arrived I was told there was no appointment and I would have to wait 2 hours before they could look at my car. I could not wait that long so I made another appointment to come back again a week later. During the following week I received 3 texts and emails about upcoming appointments for different days and times. The customer service representatives and appointment system does not work.

I was satisfied with the people that I dealt with. I had taken my son’s car for an oil change. When I was delivered the car I was told about issues with break drums which I was going to get fixed in a couple of months since my done had to go back to Austin for school. I just parked the car at home and then went out on my car to run some errands. When I came back I saw a whole lot of oil on the rod. I looked up the paperwork and noticed that oil leak had been checked. I was not informed about it and his car had zero drop of oil before I had the oil changed from your dealership. I am giving my car to my son so he can go back to Austin and I will go to some mechanic to get it fixed. It is very unfortunate. I was not expecting it from a dealership. Another thing marked was tail light and there is nothing wrong with the cat’s tail light. I don’t know how else to express my opinion. I hope my message has come across. Jamil
