Quick excellent work and great service
Staff was all very courteous and helpful. Love the kids zone room too and spotted some of the staff taking the time to disinfect the toys which was nice to see. Only disappointment was that the car wash still left much of the vehicle dirty, especially the back of the car. I understand it is a complimentary car wash, but other dealerships that I have been to in the past usually do a more thorough job. Also, missed seeing the cars on display inside the showroom, maybe they were just being rotated, but enjoy looking at the models on display inside while we wait :)

Dakota gave superb customer service. He was very pleasant, provided accurate information, and was able to detect a noise in my vehicle no one else has been able to detect. He informed me of the cost of the diagnosis and scheduled an early appointment to decrease the amount of time I may have to wait on the test. I appreciate his patience and willingness to help me.

Scheduled maintenance was completed but the computer issue was not addressed, in fact the lady who entered the notes did not even mention the computer in her notes which led to having to have her reschedule her appointment for another day which is completely unnecessary!!
