Cisco saved the day! Not only did he get my daughter in and out in less than an hour for a 30K service, he also told me about the Toyota Corporate employee discount. This is my 3rd visit to Longo in Prosper and no one told me about that before. Also, I was originally assigned to Service Advisor Dakota but he never helped me. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and Dakota never called me to check-in. I went to the counter and Cisco helped me. Please commend Cisco for excellent customer care and remind Dakota that customers ahould always come first.
