My First Experience there was Excellent, How ever my air filter on the check list says it will need further attention, For me on my Truck I am in a High Dust locations on job sites. Please add a Note to my File that I would like the air filter to be Replaced if it’s in the Yellow area of the Check List in the future. Once again My Experience there was Excellent You People there were Very Courteous and Friendly.I will continue to come to your facility for future Services and Repairs.

I had to return to dealership after I received a call saying the technician wasn’t sure he had tighten bolts correctly. While I appreciate making it right, it was a big inconvenience to have to return to the dealership 30 minutes later.

We had several mishaps along the way with our repairs but the team stuck with it and made everything right. They went far to make up for mistakes and did a great job in the end! Communication throughout was wonderful. They stayed in touch with us and updated regularly. Phone calls and texts were answered promptly, questions answered thoroughly.
Service can never seem to get tire pressure right. This time all tires were at 37 psi. 32 psi is the pressure listed for the vehicle. Otherwise, service was acceptable.
Millie and Greg Norman have provided excellent service. As an experienced ( 80 +) car owner I know good from bad. And Longo Prosper is outstanding. Richard A
