I have had several things happen at Longo Toyota of Prosper that have made me question the service department. I would like to start by stating Dakota Burns is a very knowledgeable and a well trained service advisor and none of the following reflect on his abilities. The first I would like to address is my missing lug but key that was returned to me upon request. The next would be a lug nut that was hanging on by a thread by the time I made it to Discount Tire to be tightened. The third and final-I had to call another dealership to find a set of shocks to be placed on my pickup. Aside from these three things I have been very satisfied with the service at Longo Toyota of Prosper. As I stated before Dekota Burns helped me in the replacement of my rear shocks. He needs to be service advisor of the year. Thanks.

I called the dealer I purchased my vehicle from and I called Longo. Their quote was over $60 higher for the same tire. So I chose Longo and I was taken care of with minimal wait time and the service rep Cisco was very positive and communicative.
Nice to have a Toyota dealership close to home. Service was great, appreciated the carwash, my PriusV was clean for a day,rain. Friendly staff. Will be back soon when the need arises.
