My appt was at 10:00 am for 10k warranty, it took 1.5 hours to rotate tires, oil change & misc checks. I should have been in & out in no more than 45 minutes.

Dakota is an exceptional service provider at Toyota of Prosper. I have bought my first Toyota 30 yrs ago. Since then I drove Célica,Previa,Matrix, Sequía, 4Runner and 4 different Rav4s, my family and friends that I recommended to Toyota bought 7 different ones I am costumer for life but this is the first time in all those years to have a service like Dakota is providing. Absolutely GREAT!!!! Very profesional but at the same time very friendly and always with a big smile. Never annoyed even with constant “wining “. by a customer. Keep him around. He is a great asset to the company.

Dakota was very attentive and timely for both of my visits. I appreciated the shuttle service back home the first visit and the loaner vehicle on my second. He was quick to return calls and easy to schedule appointments with.

Was not listening to what I was saying, how to say it five or six times and ended up talking to one of the managers to try to get an answer. And then that helped then he paid attention but before that he wasn’t listening to me it was just a routine another day another person.
