My exhaust hanger was broken which is a simple fix but they said they couldn’t fix it. I had my oil change and tire balance and rotation done. It took two hours but I was told it would only take an hour or an hour and a half. The service guys need to get better at setting expectations. I wouldn’t have brought my truck there for service if I’d known this would be the outcome.
Michael did a great job explaining to me what my car needed. The service was quick and satisfactory. Thank you Michael, five stars for you!

It shouldn’t take 1.5 hrs to do a 45,000 service when there was an appt. I was never informed that there would be a delay. It is poor customer service like this that prompted me to boycott Pat Lobb. This is the 2nd trip to y’all that has left me underwhelmed.
They found a lot of problems that I was not aware of I am extending help fixing my car so much for helping me thank you Cecelia

I visited your location for oil change (no appointment) the gentleman outside checked me in and said someone will come and talk to you soon and I should wait in the lobby. I waited for about 40 minutes no one showed up,other people came after me and were called within a couple of minutes. When I went to talk to the gentleman outside, he was surprised no one has called yet! And he will take care of it. I waited for another 5-10 minutes, still no one, I talked to him again, finally, an agent came and talked to me.
This is the worst experience I've ever had in not just in a Toyota dealership but everywhere.
They said that they call people with appointments first. Now, a couple of things :
1) in the 40 - 50 minutes that I waited, probably 5 new people came, where all the agents busy in between each of these customers?
2) I should have been asked if I had an appointment or not and informed that people with appointments are called first and I should expect x amount of time delay. Because my time is as important as everyone else.
At the end I just wanted mention that I didn't believe any of the employees I talked to today. Someone should have had the courage to explain what exactly happened, unfortunately, they lied.
