The service was excellent. Everyone was prompt and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and sleek. The kids loved the video games and charging stations in the chairs. We will be back. Keep it up y’all!!!

Mildred was amazing! She was the first to greet me once I walked into the service center, the first to approach me to check me in and confirm what service I needed for my ca. She provided me her undivided attention as she probed to confirm if I had any additional concerns. She assisted me to the guest business desk and advised me the wsit would be about 1 hour, and actually had the vehicle ready sooner. She provided excellent customer serbice and did it with a smile. Dakota Burns is the only reason I continue to do business with Longo. I have had issues with my truck being cosmetically damage during service and Dakota has always been accountable and assumed the responsibility and addressed issues without hesitation. I have been at Longo since opening and Dakota Burns was my first interaction and his no nonsense attention to customer service and continually building trust with his clients is why I continue to deal with him. Dakota Burns exemplifies the true professionalism and sincerity when dealing with client concerns and providing top notch service consistently. He makes me feel like I am the only client he’s dealing with when I call on Longo service. Making a long lasting relationship with customers is so important for both parties involved. Dakota completely understands this concept and facilitates this practice on every occasion I have had the pleasure to experience at Longo Toyota. Excellent Job well done Mr. Burns!!
