Best service Manager in the facility. I bought my most recent vehicle at Longo because of Dakota’s professionalism, and will buy future vehicles at Longo because of him. Most people like me know what they want to purchase when they walk through your doors. Since you don’t negotiate, your salesman are more/less admins. Your service team is what diligent consumers like me judge the value and integrity of your business upon. Dakota is a shining example of integrity and customer focus. During this last visit, there was an issue with warranty coverage. It almost cost Longo my future business with you. I may buy two cars in early 2020 for my wife and new driver son. Dakota saved you my business, potentially $50k+ in two cars. A smart General Manager would recognize Dakota publicly in front of his peers for modeling right behaviors, and give him a $200 gift card or something. He saved you thousands of dollars of future sales and service business.

This is second time I have worked with Doug, he provided exceptional service both times. It makes me comeback to Longo because of people like him
