Although Mike did the best he could under the circumstances, I was unhappy with the time it took to complete. I made an appointment for 8am to get running boards installed on my Highlander. I was told they would take 1.5-2 hours and I planned my day accordingly. Ultimately, they did not even start on my car until 9:30 and I ended up leaving around 12:15pm. I missed 2 business meetings and looked very unprofessional to my clients. Mike explained to me that they made a midair when scheduling technicians and 2 were actually in training. I understand that but ultimately, I shouldn’t have to worry about that. In the end, I love the running boards and they did a great job with installation. It just feels bad that this was my first visit to Longo’s service department and this is what I experienced.
