Service appointment was quick and efficient
Seems like every time I come in for service, I find a previously nonexistant scratch on my vehicle after getting home. This is the second time in a row. And, this was the reason why I left Toyota Of Dallas. Disappointed. That said, Dakota Burns does a great job as Service rep.

Every time I take my car in for servicing it is washed for me. I dropped my car off at Longo for 6 hours and when I showed up to pick it up it had not been washed. I am extremely disappointed by the poor customer service this time around. I also let the young man know when I checked in that I was in a hurry and had to leave right away. He told me that my advisor would have the papers ready for me to sign quickly. No one ever called me up to sign papers and after waiting 10 minutes I had to approach another service advisor and ask him to print my paperwork so that I could sign and leave. All around bad experience this time.

Dakota was great. I would just like to let you know that it surprises me that you put the drivers’ floor mat in the back and don’t put back when ready for me. Why not have a paper mat that you put in upon arrival. I know this is a very small thing but good service is all about the details. I have another issue but sounded so silly after I read it, it erased! If you want to know what it is, please call.
