Dakota Burns didn’t keep me in the loop of what was going on with the service. The car was sitting idle for more than 30 minutes and if I hadn’t asked him the status of the service he wouldn’t have gone to inquire about it. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I have been to Longo service multiple times and every time the service agents were great and kept checking on the status of the car and keeping me posted. Mr. Burns didn’t provide good service.
Everything was great except car wash. I understand it’s free but there was still bird crap on the side in a couple places.
Service was good but picked up car and it hadn’t been cleaned and returned with grease on outside and inside also.
David was very accommodating, understanding and helpful. My entire experience was very smooth and without any problems. I look forward to coming back in a few months for my next service.

Charging $91.00 for an oil change is insane. My service advisor was great! Your pricing **** because your taking advantage of your customers. I walked the lot looking my next 4RUNNER or Tundra. After today’s pricing education for your dealership I will not be back for service or purchase of new vehicle. The oil change is one area that you can control pricing and provide a value to your customers. My wife has been wanting me to get Tesla and my brother-in-law just bought a Nissan Titan and loves the tech package compared to the Toyota Tundra. Guess where we’re going shopping for a new vehicle this weekend? You guess right the Tesla and Nissan dealerships. Also, we own a Acura MDX and I just did an oil change special for $14.95 which last to the end of the state fair. Now that’s providing value. They told me at least three things that needed to be done in the near future, and I’ll go back to them for those miscellaneous service. That’s a win for them. I’m writing the corporate office about this as will. You want to keep your current customers especially if they’re happy and not run them off like you did today.
Mildred was always friendly and courteous. She kindly addressed my needs by asking me if I wanted a water and indicated where the quiet places to work were.
