Kenneth was professional and courteous & handled my service well
No fault to Mike. But, the person who scheduled the service over the phone didn’t listen to what the problem was. They scheduled it for a visor check when I needed new factory installed door guards installed. You guys were lucky they you had ordered an errant set or I would ha e started taking my vehicle to another dealer. This isn’t the first time the problem statement was ignored.
Would be great to vacuum car along with washing car. Thanks
It took me forever to check in for a simple oil change number one. And second, they left the whole damn oil bottle in my engine after. I had to bring it straight back from the pick up line so they could pull the complete bottle out and pressure wash my engine. Who knows how much damage it did to my belts and engine itself. Unbelievable. Owned Toyota’s for 20 years. Never been disappointed as I am today.

Disappointing and deceptive.The Manager on duty didn’t even make serious attempt to resolve the matter and my serious complaint.In my nine years so far with Toyota,I have never been so disrespected and cheated.A painful decision to make moving forward, after several previous years of great experience,I will not likely be returning to Toyota for anything.

Doug has always been friendly and knowledgable to our family when bringing our vehicles in for repair. Everyone there is unbelievably service oriented and helpful.
I'm terrible with names but Amy must have been who I went on a test drive with and I feel very fortunate to have met her. She's like family, one of the nicest persons I've met in a long time. She gave very good directions on our test drive with plenty of lead time for upcoming turns and where we were heading for the entire trip. She was able to answer all of the questions I had about the vehicle we were driving. She did a fantastic job.
Second time brought in for squealing brake sounds that can’t be replicated at time of visit but very evident.
Received trade in appraisal while car was being serviced. Did a great job. Millie is an excellent service representative. Highly impressed
