My brakes are still squeaking after waiting so long after having the shims added, etc. I'm wasting a lot o tim to address this squeaking noise. I m looking forward to being contacted about this delimma. I've waited patiently for all parties to enjoy vacation but it's very embarrassing with this loud squeaking sound which wasn't there prior to adding he OGM parts, etc. Thanks! I truly love working with Doug and Longo Toyota Family but I just need the issue resolved immediately. Thanks!

Wife waited several minutes while writer was on phone went to restroom came back writer still on phone. Another person had walked in and was also waiting. He took the other person first. My wife said she felt it was rude. After spending over $ 2000 in a couple of months using this writer he did not even acknowledge her until it was time to collect

Charged me for diagnostic a 2nd time within a week. Recharged battery for electric steering, said I should be good to go. Light came back on the next time I drove the car. Glad they told it might be the battery, but still shouldn’t of had to pay for 2nd diagnostic.
