First, when I arrived there wasn’t a record of the appointment I had made the day before. Second, it took two hours for my shuttle to arrive. I was literally home like 15 minutes before I was receiving the call to tell me my vehicle was ready. I would have been better off not getting a shuttle at all.

I arrived at my appointment time and was not checked in for 40 minutes! I mentioned it when being checked in and they said they were down 2 people. I saw others wait much shorter so it was quite annoying at the time.
