It is not his fault, I’m not happy for the reason of my visit, Simple oil change not done properly, Had to drive 40 miles, back and forth, Not sure if there is any damage to my vehicle, And I have to deal with a big oil spot on my driveway Not happy about it Thanks

Service advisor don’t care, they just want take your money sale you something Longo too expensive not to recommend to anybody If you want them to check your car to see what’s wrong with it they will change you money so you have no choice to let them fix them They will not offer you loaners, if your car stock at shop for repair and you have to work. Overall they don’t care. I will take my business somewhere else, so I get courtesy, value,and respect for business that I give them I am going to BBB to report them .
