Mike did excellent. However I had to go back a second day to fix the problem with the Supra. The problem got fix. The car was cleaned since I took delivery on Saturday. For an unknown reason, after stating do not wash the car they took it thru the machine and scratched the paint. The car have damages on the body, glass, emblems and light. The paint will need correction. I’m heading to a paint correction expert in Dallas to get an estimate on how much it will take to fix this car. The shop manager recommended a body shop but this type pf damages requires am expert in order to prevent further damage. I will be back with an invoice for you guys to cover the repair.
After this experience, I will also call Cisco to help with my car. Made this very easy by doing all the legwork.

They didn’t know what was wrong with my Tundra with only 61k miles, wanted to charge me $1,000 for something that may or may not fix it. Then offered to put me through to a salesman to buy a new one. My Ford and Chevy trucks all lasted longer than this. Makes me wonder about Toyota all together.

Kenneth was extremely helpful and friendly through all our interactions and took the time to explain to me what was done on my vehicle and cover the details of the multipoint inspection.
I made a mistake on my end and brought my truck in for Service but was unable to let it stay because I had a work issue come up. Doug took care of me as always and so did David. I'll be back for my oil change and some other services once I reach 10k. Thanks

I was satisfied with everything except I was told my truck would be washed and cleaned and it was not.
Doug kept me informed during my wait and was very personable in explaining the work that needed to be done.
