I did not have an appointment and yet Doug Ranzer did a great job of greeting me politely and being happy to get me checked in. He estimated my wait time which was accurate. He then went over additional services needed in an informantive way and coordinated that being added. I appreciate the prompt, professional,and courteous customer service.

Required me following up with Service Manager. Was told our tires were not worn down enough to warrant replacement under TMNA lease. Then over the weekend I noticed several inches of the belting exposed on interior track of tires. It would appear that this was missed somehow during the multi-point inspection. This was extra unsettling as this is my wife’s vehicle and we were planning weather this week before a long drive back to California for the holiday. I contacted Billy Monday morning and he picked up vehicle to get it taken care of.

Arrived for an appointment on Saturday to repair trunk to my Toyota Sienna. The parts had to be ordered and was told it arrived the Tuesday before 4 my appointment. Was told after work began that the parts you received was damaged and had to be reordered and I had to schedule another appointment to return next week after the new parts arrive. Would have been nice if the parts were inspected prior to my arriving for my appointment to save me from the time and trouble of showing up for the appointment. The service advisor was very professional and this comment should not reflect negatively on him.

The service technician didn’t shut the hood after serving my Highlander. I didn’t notice until I saw the hood shaking violently while driving 60 mph. This created an unsafe driving situation. It also means my car went through car wash with the hood opened. I took the car back to service department and informed them the issue. Very disappointed.
