Made Appt over a week ago to have airbag recall maintenance performed. Was obviously assured you would have parts in for that job. Arrived at 9am this morning to find out you did’t have parts. Never received a phone call to reschedule.
The coordination to drop off the Tundra as well as time and fuel wasted for half a day was very disappointing. 45 minute drive to your place. You’re not the closest Toyota dealership but we thought we’d give y’all a chance since you’re the newest dealership around.
