The service was excellent, I know some things need to be fixed but I felt no pressure! Also, I didn’t have a front license plate holder, it’s always frustrated me. When I get it washed it always gets bent! I had planned on buying one, however I noticed someone put one on for me and straighten out my plate! I even looked at some in your lobby, but didn’t have time to inquire about the price! It was a pleasant surprise! It has the Longo logo, I’m happy to advertise for you! It was very sweet! I’m planning on keeping my vehicle for awhile longer, it’s almost paid off! When I save for another one, I will check you out! Happy Holidays! Laurie
David got my vehicle in and out of service in a short period of time. He also answered all my questions on my battery, tires, brakes, and tail lights. He also listened to my vehicle concerns in regards to a trip I have planned. He also researched my service program that I purchased with my vehicle. I also made some purchases in the parts department and the lady that directed me there and the person that waited on me were very helpful too.

I was satisfied but was alittle surprised you would wash the car and not vacuum the inside. I know that is a little thing but it sends a big message to customers about attention to detail.

This was my first time at the dealership, and I had a great experience. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. Kenneth took care of us.
Toyota did not do anything with my car. I came early in the morning with a scheduled recall only for them to tell me that they were on backorder and would take a couple weeks to reschedule and had me sign something. Toyota could have called the day before to tell me not to come in but they didn't. I expect to hear back about my recall gory car.
