Your tech lied to me. Said they’d performed a “tape” test on the paint and you could tell that NOTHING had been touched on the car. Now Toyota is saying they can’t process our claim because of delays in L.A. They’ve only had than two weeks to do so. We are not satisfied at all!

It was difficult to get in touch with Mike and get the results to Allstate for payment. I was never even asked if I wanted to pay for this through comprehensive insurance. My car still has a little odor. I was going to have the brakes done as well and I sent this through the response portal but nobody responded so I cancelled and had it done today elsewhere,
