I have visited Longo Dealership to purchase 2019 Highlander, Sales Person left us hanging without checking for more than 2-3 hrs. No one was there to check on us even with this bad experience we made a deal. No one walked through features of the new vehicle and gave no help other than handing over the keys. No one checked with us after taking the delivery. I would not recommend this to anyone and I would stay away from this dealership for any of my service related. Hoping to pickup license plates to end my relationship with your dealership. Worst experience ever and I am waiting for Toyota survey to come to provide my feedback to them.
