Ken was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He Clearly explained the breakdown of all of my expenses as well as other things that needed attention that I was unaware of. Longo Toyota is the only place I will bring my vehicles

I was treated well by the gentleman who took care of me clever I was surprised to hear for the very first time that new tires which were provided at the time of purchase in February were already close to needing replacement and that there was no record on file that Longo had provided them nor have they rotated them when I brought the vehicle in for my regularly scheduled oil change.
