I am so pleased with Service Dept at Longo Toyota. It doesnt matter what kind of service I need, Mike takes care of it and has me in and out as quickly as possible. He explains everything that was done and answers all my questions. Everyone is very courteous and pleasant..I have had no problems with dealing with any of the guys. Thank you Mike...you are outstanding.

We had an appointment for an oil change and were quoted 1 hour 45 minutes. That’s the whole purpose of making an appointment is to be out in less than an hour. Normally love this dealership but was disappointed this time.
