I had a good experience until I went home and took a look under my vehicle. I noticed two bolts securing the skid plate were loose. I do remember, along with the service manager asking the technician why did he remove that part, since it's not necessary. Tech. advised, he was cleaning the oil. I saw a heavy impact wrench being used on this part. I therefore had to remove my skid plate completely and clean and lubricant the hardware. I have picture. I also informed everyone not to wash my vehicle through the automated car wash, since my truck has an oem snorkel. Since on my last visit, my truck was taken through the car wash. A total lack of knowing your product and I have dash cam video of this event. No WoW factor here, I was rather dissatisfied. Thank you, David J
