David Araujo is awesome. Professional, personable and thorough. Good follow-up, too. Thanks for verifying the problem and ensuring it was fixed in addition to the 5K maintenance. I drove to Prosper from East Allen for service because your customer service makes a big difference. The issues were resolved. Thanks for the shuttle to and from work, too. All much appreciated.

I received a coupon stating 5k synthetic service for 24.95. I called service center and asked if this was a oil change and she stated it should be since it says synthetic and my car uses synthetic oil with tire rotation. I showed my service attendant when he checked me in and he read it and said ok. After service was done I was charged full oil change of 58.95 and charges 14.95 for wheel rotation. What I thought was. Good deal ended up being twice as much as I intended.
