No one came to follow up about my service after I arrived. I had to track some one down. Then I was told it would be 90 minutes and took 3 hours. When I went to ask, service advisor was on phone for 9 minutes without even looking up to acknowledge me. Lastly my invoice isn’t itemized. No explanation of what was done. Only numerical service codes. Overall a subpar experience

I came to Prosper because I was a long-time and loyal customer of Longo Lexus and Longo Toyota. I had gone to another Toyota dealership in Fort Worth to replace a tire. Only. I left with a laundry list of problems they "discovered" while they conducted a multi-point inspection that I never asked for. I declined further service there and chose to wait for the multi-point inspection at Longo Toyota in Prosper. Longo Prosper found NONE of the issues the other dealership reported. Aside being told to keep an eye on my battery, my car got a clean bill of health. Choosing Longo Prosper was well worth the 2 hour round trip drive time. I only hope I don't have a car emergency that would force me to go to a dealership that's closer. I would highly suggest Longo/Penske consider opening up a Longo dealership somewhere in Fort Worth. It was great to meet David Araujo, another transplant from California and former employee at Longo in El Monte. Also, the young lady who scheduled my appointment from El Monte was delightful and very competent. Thanks so much! Happy New Year!
