This was my first trip to Longo Prosper. I have been a Longo El Monte customer since 1999 so I was a little trepidatious about leaving my comfort zone. My experience with Doug was very reassuring. Except for the size of the service department and the number of people there I felt like I was at home at Longo!! The service was the same great quality as was the awesome personable interface!!! Doug worked with me to keep my vehicle needs within budget and I was thrilled with the quick turnaround service time. Thank you Doug!!!! Kathryn Hughes

The service advisor was great. He provided great customer service through out the entire process. Thank you. However, I did purchase the car wash/ vacuum and realized that my rear seats were not vacuumed very well.

I was there for almost 2 hrs just for a State inspection and I had appointment, not walk in! Too long!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, however I made sure to ask for a 5 wheel rotation, and my fifth wheel was not rotated. It makes me question whether my other tires were rotated or not. I didn’t say anything and left because I had other stuff to handle.

Doug was great, I live closer to the Plano dealership but I come to you guys, probably cld have gotten it done cheaper somewhere else, but I enjoy the service and attention I am given at Longo. Maybe some doughnuts or snacks in waiting area wld make the experience even better. ???? Give Doug a raise. Also appreciate clean and used pens bins and availability of hand sanitizer in store. The little things, right?

2 hours for 80,000 mile service. Also, I question the measurements of the brakes and the tires. I’m surprised that all 4 tires and the rear brakes all reduced by 2mm in the past 5,000 miles. They have never worn that quickly before. I’m going back in to the service depot and have them remeasure in the next day or two.
