I had to pay $67.00 for a update to my radio because it keeps rebooting. Still doing it, also car was delivered unwashed. Did you guys stop washing vehicles after service??? Not the usual service I get from Longo.

I was not informed of the shortened hours that the service department was working. I told my service advisor that I would be by after 6 pm to pick up my car. Apperantly there was a miscommunication because my key was not set out and I was unable to pick up my vehicle. I waited for an hour while a relative grabbed my other fob and brought it to me so I would have a vehicle. After an hour, when my relative was pulling in with the alternative fob, another Toyota employee asked if he could help me and I told him what had happened. He reached out to my service advisor and was able to find where my fob was within 5 min! I don't know why this wasn't done the minute I got there and why I was repeatedly told they do NOT have access to any keys in service (even in an emergency situation). I understand since the global pandemic things have been different but the absolute lack of communication, customer care, and satisfaction I felt when leaving there was not how I have ever felt leaving any Toyota dealership. I will not be returning here but the awesome gentleman who finally was able to help me deserves a raise.
I brought my 2006 prius to Longo for an oil change, a inspection, and three particular concerns. The first being that the air conditioner did not blow cold. The second concern instrument cluster would randomly go dark. And my third concern was the tire pressure monitor light. The TPMS issue was explained to me, as dead sensors. As for the air conditioner, when I asked for specific answers( high and low side pressures, system capacity and current fill level. ) I was given none of this information. Told simply that I need an $1,800 evaporator because the tech used a sniffing tool. The repair for the instrument cluster, was to replace it. When I asked why, I was told because of a TSB. I asked if it was diagnosed, how? No answer was given. I am under the impression that the diagnosis at the very expensive repairs are no more than educated guesses.
