Sales guy was awesome and very friendly. Only complaint was that I left with a low tire warning light. I had to fill the tires a little at home but this should have been caught by the mechanics.

Your service work process must not include basic QC, as they failed to reset the electronic panel after plugging in your diagnostic laptop!

David was the consummate professional. The service I received today was unparalleled. He knew everything that would make my life easier. He worked with me on pricing. He kept perfect lines of communication going. I would highly recommend Longo to everyone I know. I hope that when it’s time to trade my highlander in come August then Longo will want to work a deal and not make me buy my car somewhere else because of price.

When I arrived there were people not wearing their mask at all and not covering their nose. I asked if I could sit outside and was told that there was no outside seating. I was ordered a Lyft ride at the dealership’s cost and I had to ask him to please cover his nose. The service otherwise was excellent. I would appreciate an option to have someone pick up my car and return to me so that I am not exposed to unknown people who are not following the guidelines or simply moving a chair outside so I could be safe.
