I was sort of up a creek due to picking up a screw which flattened my tire and discovered the tire key had not been put back when I got new tires a couple of years ago. Chase got right on it. Very impressed every time I have dealt with the service dept. I told him I was used to the outstanding service at Sewell Lexus ang that Longo measured up to those standards.
