I've used Doug Ranzer many times in the past when he worked at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney and I followed him to Longo because of his professionalism, great customer service and good advice. When Doug was at Patt Lobb he sold BG Fluids which was the best thing I could have done for my FJ Cruiser and I changed Every one of my Fluids before 36,000 miles which gave me a life time warranty to all components up to $4000 for each one which I couldn't have been more happy about, thank you Doug! I have continued to keep the BG fluid changes up at Pat Lobb because Longo doesn't provided them. I would bring all my business to Longo if you had BG fluids. Please look into providing BG fluids and their incredible warranty (ask Doug about it) and I will bring 100% of my business to Longo!!!
Fransisco is super friendly, was very attentive to our needs and communicated well. Always feel in the loop when he helps us. We will continue to be loyal to Longo as long as fransisco is there!

This was a horrible experience with the Longo Service department. It was bad from my first communication with them, then the repairs took much longer than Longo stated. Updates were non existent. I will never bring my vehicle back and I will let my friends and associates know of my experience through social media.
Dirty job done on my 2020 Toyota Tundra trd pro , took it in for my 10000 miles oil change got home parked it in the front of my house next morning notice oil spot on concrete got under it and saw oil all over trd skid plate.

Chase was great! Very communicative and professional! Even covered a Lyft to get me home and back so I didn’t have to sit at the dealership - honestly where else can you go and have such a superior level of customer service?! I’ve been an extremely satisfied customer with the guys at Toyota of Prosper! These guys make the auto maintenance experience effortless and pretty speedy if you ask me.
Battery was replaced on service and all presets were cleared from memory, clock, etc. For $50+ labor charge for a simple battery swap I expected more.

Paid $73 to have gas cap tightened. True Customer Service is just that - go the extra mile. Something so simple causing check engine light and having to pay someone to diagnose it and be charged $73 to have the gas cap tightened is ridiculous. Very disappointed in neighborhood business. We buy only Toyota vehicles and will not shop or service our vehicles with Longo in future.
