If you are going to wash the car... wash it right. Dry it and wipe it down. Also vacuum it. It just seemed to be half done

David was great, as usual. He is always professional and friendly. My two year warranty covering maintenance just expired and I figured I would give the dealership a try for an oil change and inspection. I called to make an appointment and informed them I would be waiting since I didn’t have a good way to get a ride back and forth. I did not expect that it would take 2 hours. And you’re priced higher than a lot of other places. I think this is something your dealership is going to have to fix. There should be some “express” services that are scheduled differently from the ones where you have take a customer to the back to explain what has to be done. Plus, when I arrived there was a gentleman sitting in the waiting area with his mask hanging off one ear. I went to wait in the area by the snack machines and later an employee came out the door without his mask on to grab a package of cups for their coffee machine in the back. Go ahead, convince me to come back.
The service technician spilt gasoline in my car while replacing the fuel pump. And when my husband said something about it the tech shrugged it off like it was no big deal. It is a big deal. Even if my car wasn't new I'd be upset. First I think yall should take more precautions when coming this type of service, second when the customer us upset by something you did you shouldn't brush it off.
