I dropped my truck off thinking I was getting a $40-$50 oil change. Instead I received a $227 bill for service. It would have been helpful to know what the estimated cost would be before the work was done. I was not anticipating that cost.

Yes I was satisfied, I mistakenly made an accusation that my bumper was scratched during service. My grandson said that I did that before dropping it off. Oops
Weston is a great service representative. I would definitely go back to him. He goes above and beyond to try and help. What I am disappointed in is the lack of coverage in the various warranties that I bought from this dealership and how multiple people find ways to say that something isn’t covered. I have a trim piece that I was assured was going to be replaced on my last visit only to be told today that it wasn’t covered because it wasn’t a painted surface. I asked for assistance in showing me how to fix a plastic piece on a passenger mirror (pop it back into place) but because a shopping cart might have hit it, no one could help me. Kenneth Cole was amazing , really great customer services person and would like to give him 5 star rating , he solved my problem which previous customer rep at longo didn’t do and I had to contact Toyota of Plano who agreed to take care of me but before heading over there I rechecked with Longo and Kenneth came to rescue and helped me not to travel all the way to Plano , great asset to have in the fleet :) I will sure to come back and will seek him personally .
