Everyone who I interacted with was great. I had a recall on my fuel pump and when I got in the car it smelled like gasoline pretty strong. It’s been a couple of days and it still smells terrible every time I get in the car. I plan on calling them Monday.

Bad experience on vehicles
David executes the service today and I am thankful it was my first time with him today. He let me know what minors things need to be done and checked up to let me know about the estimated time my vehicle would be ready.
I am so disappointed with the quality of the parts, even the Toyota engineers could not get fix the unbroken parts due to the poor designs
David was extremely courteous and explained the issues with my car very well. He was friendly from greeting all the way to check out. Customer Service is very important to me personally and ultimately determines if I would buy a car at the same dealer ship again it recommended friends and family to go there. To me its about the dealer ship following through after the car has been sold to me. David definitely provided the type of customer service experience I am looking for in a dealer ship. Thank you!
