Chase did a fabulous job keeping me informed and he walked back into the shop on several occasions to speak with the technicians. On two occasions Chase asked me to accompany him to the shop so I could see first hand what needed to be done to my vehicle.

Friendly service with moment by moment updates as to what was going on with my car and what they were doing with my car and why they were doing it. I got better service at longo Toyota than I did at lone Star Toyota where I originally bought my car. Thank you! I will for sure be taking my car to get serviced at longo from now on.
