Doug Ranzer is the best! He kept us informed on everything that was done to our 2016 Highlander. We live in Huntsville, Texas but when our car needs sevice we bring it to Longo. Doug is very attentive to our service.

Mr Pan. If you have a chance to promote a person, I think Mr Ranzer should be promoted. I am 81 years old and I have seen many good and not so good workers. He is an asset to Longo and really could do an excellent job in a higher position.

Mike was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He listened to my concerns and made certain that they were located and fixed for me. He was super knowledgeable and 100% customer service driven. I hope I am able to get him every time I come in for a service!!
