Westin was very professional. He heard my concerns and responded appropriately. Westin kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and showed a caring attitude. I believe the tech did a thorough service and everything appears to have put back properly. The only issue was the condition my passenger side mat was left. The tech should have taken more care and put protection over the carpeted mat.
