Chase was very nice, but to wait an hour and a half for a state inspection is not acceptable. When I first arrived I was told by the receiving person that at worst it would be 45 minutes.
Completely satisfied with Doug,but Not satisfied with the quality of work performed. This was a Recall for the fuel pump. The spillage of fuel is excessive and still reads of an overwhelming smell of fuel. FYI I retired as a Master Mechanic and Never treated any vehicle with such disrespect. I will not be back.

Waited and waited to be taken for a scheduled appointment. Took over 2 hours for general maintenance. Staff were apologetic and discounted service. They were very polite, but seriously...2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation!!!!!

When I got there he wasn’t at his post; so I told one
Of his co-worker’s that I was there to pick up my car
They instructed me to go and seat. I waited for 40 minutes
and no one called me; so I decided to go and Check
Well to my surprise Dug was there, his coworker never
Told him that I was waiting.(NOTHIS FAULT.)
The service done was done quickly which I am very grateful for. The fuel gauge does not work correctly however (after getting the fuel pump replaced in the recall (it shows half full on a full tank).
This is the third time I've worked with Weston. Great experience every time!
