David kills every single time. I’m a Toyota employee and I bring all my cars to David just cause of his service, swiftness and honesty. This guy is literally the number one reason I’m loyal to Longo. I have recommended him to all my co workers and family as well. If I could give him a 100 stars I would!!!

How much would it cost me if I trade in my Camry LE 2021 white with black interior for the Toyota XLE 2021 color white with black interior for the same monthly payment and no change at all in the full insurance coverage plus dealing with the same car sales representative Arman( by the way who was excellent in his knowledge about the car and overall performance)
Kenneth James was great! He listened to the issues I tried to explain. I made a video of the issue that was happening to the radio since we bought the car. He asked me to forward it to him so he could forward to the tech. Radio has been working great. He kept me updated during the entire process.

The last 2 times I brought my car in for service the doors have been scratched. The first time I called back but got transferred to the parts department to purchase touch-up paint, and the second I didn't notice until I got home. The scratch is nearly three inches long on the rear driver-side door. I would like those scratches covered when I bring it in for the recall service at no charge to me.
