With an appointment, 2+ hours for a tire rotation and oil change was far beyond my expectations or the 1:15 that was suggested when we checked in. All else great, as usual, just a longer process.
Thank you for the quick service we were in town from Michigan and had an issue with our air conditioner and I called late in the day and was able to get an appointment the next morning. The service advisor provided a detailed list of what they would look at and an estimated cost. The service was completed in 4 hours and we could continue with our vacation. Do not over book time slots for service and keep people waiting with there car parked out awaiting for it’s booked time.
If booked for 11 am should be in work shop within 10/15 mins not an hour.
It's started out rocky but it got better. I expected a little bit more customer service at the beginning however Mr.Bailey values several times to ensure the car was working properly
