Toyota perfect as always.
I am a bit disappointed with the whole experience. On Saturday at 3:30pm I called to ask if I can bring by Rav4 to fix a leak. Was told to bring in and the service department would be open till 6pm. Reached Longo Toyota by 3:50pm only to be told that they close at 4pm on Saturdays. Kenneth James apologized for the whole thing.
On Monday 7am I went back to get the tire replaced. Kenneth apologized again for the Saturday event. When the job was completed I noticed that the small black cap was missing (tip of air intake vulve). Called Kenneth and he got inside and got a cap. Drove out of the dealership and noticed that the yellow indicator is still on the dashboard. Went back. A gentleman asked which tire had been replaced, pumped more air into that tire and the sign on dashboard had gone away.
I think Toyota can do better!!!

When told that your wait will be 45 minutes to an hour and at an hour the car is not ready, please give the service guest an update on time to be completed.
David did great and was extremely professional. Service was super fast! One suggestion - I feel like it would be a nice touch if the vehicles were washed better and vacuumed. Doesn’t need to be an extensive cleaning but would certainly add to the perception of quality and care. Thanks!
